Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship premium cigars worldwide. Please note we do not ship Cuban products to the United States, and some countries restrict the import of tobacco — it is the customer's responsibility to confirm import rules for their destination.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once we receive your order it takes 1 to 3 working days to process before dispatch. You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as your order is received.

Is delivery guaranteed?

We guarantee delivery until the goods reach the customs of the destination country. If a parcel is lost in transit it will be reshipped once, or a refund can be requested.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. You place your order, then complete payment using the instructions shown at checkout and emailed to you. We never ask for or store card details.

What happens if my cigars arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@rayscigars.com. As cigars are a natural, hand-rolled product, occasional minor variation is normal and not grounds for a return — but genuine shipping damage will be resolved promptly.

Can I return my order?

Refunds can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order in the cases set out in our Terms & Conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (€110), which is deducted from any refund.

Are your cigars authentic?

Yes — authenticity is guaranteed. We source directly from official channels and store all cigars in correctly humidified conditions until they ship.

Do I need to be a certain age to buy?

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. Please enjoy our products responsibly.
