Introduction
These Website Standard Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ray's Cigars, accessible at https://rayscigars.com. By using this website you accept these terms in full. You must not use this website if you disagree with any of them. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to use this website or purchase from it.
Intellectual property
Other than content you own, Ray's Cigars and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are granted a limited licence only for the purpose of viewing the material contained here.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from:
- publishing any website material in other media;
- selling, sub-licensing or otherwise commercialising any website material;
- using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to it;
- using this website in any way that impacts user access;
- using this website contrary to applicable laws and regulations;
- data mining, harvesting or extracting data from this website;
- using this website to engage in advertising or marketing.
Please note that we do not ship Cuban products to the United States of America. It is also forbidden to import tobacco products into certain countries; it is your responsibility to confirm import rules for your destination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts for the resolution of any disputes.
Damaged on arrival
The customer becomes responsible for delivered products on receipt. In case of any issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. No credit or replacement will be issued after this period. Goods delivered in error or excess must be returned within 7 days of receipt, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please understand that all of our cigars are hand made from natural tobacco leaf. As a natural, hand-rolled product, an occasional cigar may be plugged or imperfectly rolled; this alone is not grounds for a return.
Order processing
Once we receive your order it takes 1 to 3 working days to process. You will receive an automated order confirmation by email once your order has been received. If you do not receive it, please contact us for clarification.
Delivery
We guarantee delivery until the goods reach the customs of the destination country. If a parcel is lost in transit it will be reshipped once, or a refund may be requested.
Refund policy
- A refund can be requested once a parcel has been confirmed lost by the courier.
- No refund applies on the basis of natural variation in hand-rolled cigars.
- No refund applies if a parcel is seized by destination customs.
- For items damaged on arrival, contact info@rayscigars.com as soon as possible.
- Refunds can only be requested within 15 days of the order being received.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for all costs when returning a parcel. The cost of returning a parcel is €110, which will be deducted from any refund. If you wish a parcel to be reshipped, the €110 must be paid in advance.
