The fun historical angle: this release was presented to mark 185 years of Punch (the brand dates back to 1840) and it brings back a size closely associated with the 1960s, but framed for today. In practice, when I light this cigar, I get an opening of wood and toasted notes, a spicy tickle through the nose, and that earthy character many of us look for in Cuban cigars; strength sits in the medium-to-full range, building as the cigar moves along.
